Prepare the filling. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add and melt the chocolate. Enter gelatin, mix well until completely dissolved. Add matcha, stir again.
Whip the cream to stiff peaks and gradually fold into the milk chocolate mixture. Transfer the filling to a pastry bag and refrigerate to chill.
For the dough, mix water and rice flour. Cover the bowl with the dough with cling film, make punctures in several places and put in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. Then mix the dough and send it to the microwave for another 1 minute.
Put the hot dough on a table dusted with starch, divide into 12 equal parts, roll out the cakes.
Using a pastry bag, place the filling in the center of each cake, form mochi according to the khinkali principle, connecting the edges of the cake. Give the cakes a nice round shape.
Roll the finished mochi in the starch mixture and matcha and store in the refrigerator until serving.
