Murmansk Cod Liver Salad
Step by step cooking recipe
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
Finely chop the green onion.
Grate potatoes on a coarse grater.
Mash the cod liver with a fork.
We put the ring on a serving dish, lay the sides with a film and lay out in layers:
Cheese
Mayonnaise mesh
Cod liver
Potato
Mayonnaise
Green onions with cucumbers
Mayonnaise
We decorate the top with thin slices of pickled cucumber – we leave the middle empty.
Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
We take out and put green onions in the middle.
We serve.
