Beat the whites with a mixer until fluffy, gradually add salt and lemon juice, add sugar and beat again.
Then gradually add flour sifted with baking powder.
Put in 2 forms with a diameter of 16 cm and bake at 170 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes.
Cream:
Beat butter at room temperature with a mixer and gradually add boiled condensed milk.
At the end, add coconut flakes.
Snowballs;
Put the condensed milk (100 g) into the ladle and heat the oil for another 20 g by adding coconut flakes (70 g).
Boil 1 minute.
Cool slightly and roll into balls sprinkled with coconut flakes.
Assemble the cake by smearing the cakes with cream.
Sprinkle the sides and top of the cake with coconut flakes and decorate with snowballs.
These snowballs are reminiscent of Rafaelka sweets.
