Having tried lasagna with minced meat and a lot of celery root at a party, I wanted to repeat this at home. Since the theme of pancakes, I decided to cook a “cake” with a lot of vegetables – it’s juicy and tasty and not banal. By the way, there was a lot of oil in the recipe. But such pancakes “a la lasagna” are quite self-sufficient and you can do without sour cream-additional fats. Form diameter-21 cm.
