Step by step cooking recipe
Cut the peaches in half, remove the pits and peel, chop.
Add sugar, stir and set aside for 2 hours.
Dry the walnuts for a couple of minutes in a pan, remove the husks and chop in a blender.
Mix both blanks and boil for 5 minutes over low heat.
Add citric acid and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Arrange hot jam in sterilized jars, roll up and wrap with a thick towel for a day.
