Better than classic peach jam can only be peach jam without sterilization. This saves time, and there is no need to stand at the stove over the pans once again. Read on to find out how to cook it properly.


  • Peaches –
    1 kg
  • Sugar
    600 Mr
  • Lemon acid
    0.5 c.l.

Step by step cooking recipe

Remove the pits from the peaches and grind the fruits with a blender.

Add sugar and citric acid.

Boil the workpiece over low heat for about an hour, stirring.

Roll up in jars and send to a cool place for storage.
