Surprisingly, pears are not often used for harvesting for the winter. And very in vain. They make delicious jam, marmalade and marmalade. One of such interesting recipes I want to share with you. The delicacy is tender, fragrant and moderately spicy.
Step by step cooking recipe
Rinse the pears, remove the skin and cores, cut into small pieces.
Peel the ginger and grate it on a fine grater.
Place ginger and pears in a cooking pot, add sugar and juice of half a lemon. Mix well, cover the pot with a lid and leave at room temperature for 1 hour.
Then put the pan with the workpiece on the fire, bring to a boil, and boil over low heat, stirring occasionally and removing the foam, for half an hour.
Pour boiling confiture into pre-sterilized jars, seal tightly, turn upside down and cool. Store cooled pear confiture in a cool, dark place.
