Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the pears, remove the skin and seeds, cut into small pieces.

Pass the prepared pears through a meat grinder or chop with a blender until smooth.

Add sugar, spices and juice of one lemon, mix.

Place the fruit mass in a bowl for cooking and over medium heat, stirring, bring to a boil. Boil the workpiece for half an hour.

Pour the prepared hot pear jam into pre-prepared sterile jars, roll up and cool at room temperature. Store pear jam in a cool, dark place.
