In addition to standard cucumbers and tomatoes, I also really like to pickle bell peppers for the winter. One of the favorite recipes that took root in our family a couple of years ago is this option with honey. It turns out very tasty and harmonious, and then I will tell you about everything in more detail.
Step by step cooking recipe
Roughly chop the pepper.
Mix water, honey, oil and all other ingredients.
Boil this marinade and put pepper in it.
Bring it back to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Place peppers in sterilized jars.
Pour honey marinade and roll up for the winter.
