Not only bell peppers … Today we will prepare spicy pickled chili peppers for the winter. For lovers of spicy workpieces – it doesn’t get better (and sharper!) Cooking such a pepper is as easy as shelling pears, and the result will definitely please you!

Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the chili pepper, peel the garlic.

Prepare marinade from water, salt, sugar and vinegar.

Place the pepper pods and garlic cloves in the boiling marinade. Stir gently and boil the workpiece over low heat for 7-10 minutes.

Fill pre-sterilized jars with pepper and garlic, pour boiling marinade to the top of the jars. Roll up the jars, turn upside down, wrap and leave to cool completely. Store the cooled workpiece in a cool dark place.
