If everything is clear with pickled vegetables, then pickled grapes still remain a kind of curiosity. I made it for the first time a few years ago, and since then I’ve been sure to roll a couple of jars. I think you will definitely like it too.
Step by step cooking recipe
Put the grapes in sterile jars and pour boiling water over them. Leave covered for 10 minutes.
Drain this water and add sugar, salt, vinegar and spices to it to taste. Boil again.
Chop the hot pepper. garlic and herbs. Add to grapes.
Fill the workpiece with marinade, sterilize the jars for another 10 minutes and roll up for the winter.
