Cut the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the onion.
Put potatoes and onions in a pan with heated vegetable oil.

While the mushrooms are cooking, chop the chicken.
Put it in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Cook everything together for another 5 minutes.

Grate or squeeze the garlic into the pan.
Mix everything thoroughly and remove the filling to cool.
