Great recipe with a refreshing citrus flavor! Apricot and lemon jam turns out beautiful and very tasty. I picked up the ideal, as for me, the ratio of fruits. You can add more or less lemons.
Step by step cooking recipe
Cut the apricots in half and remove the pits.
Scald lemons with boiling water, peel and white films, disassemble into slices.
Pass apricots and lemons through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, boil for 10 minutes and place in sterilized jars. Roll up, turn upside down and wrap for a day with a warm blanket.
