Pitted prunes jam

Pitted prune jam is the best option that will save you time. The presence of a stone does not affect the quality, and the taste remains the same gentle and moderately sweet.


  • Plums –
    1 kg
  • Sugar
    1 kg
  • Water
    200 Jr

Step by step cooking recipe

Rinse the plums well under water. We leave them whole and do not get the bone.

Mix sugar with water and bring the syrup to a boil. Sugar should be completely dissolved.

Add the plums to the syrup and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove and leave for 20 minutes, then boil again for 10 minutes. So, repeat 4-6 times.

Roll the finished jam into sterilized jars.
