Step by step cooking recipe

Pour gelatin with water and set aside for 15 minutes.

Sort the red currant, put it in a colander and rinse.

Grind the berries in a blender, and then rub through a sieve.

Mix the resulting puree with sugar and boil for 5 minutes after boiling.

Remove the pan from the heat, pour in the gelatin blank and mix.

Divide the hot jelly into clean, dry jars and roll up.
