  • Plums –
    1 kg
  • Water
    100 Jr
  • Sugar
    700 Mr
  • Walnuts –
    2 handfuls
  • Lemon acid
    2 pinches

Step by step cooking recipe

Remove the pits from the plum and chop as desired.

Add water and sugar, bring to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.

Add chopped nuts and cook the jam for another 20 minutes.

At the end, add citric acid and roll the jam into sterilized jars.
