Step by step cooking recipe
Rub the meat with salt, paprika and pepper on all sides.
Wrap in foil and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 1.5 hours in an oven preheated to 200 C.
While the meat is baking, prepare the glaze.
Put the tomato puree in a saucepan, pour in the soy sauce, add the chili sauce, honey, mustard, sugar (I used white, but brown is better) and grate the garlic.
Put the saucepan on the stove and bring the frosting to a boil.
Take out the foil loin.
Make deep transverse cuts every 1 cm, not reaching the bottom of 1 cm.
Salt the meat between each piece.
Brush the pork with glaze between the cuts, top and sides.
Bake another 15-20 minutes
