Pork loin baked with potatoes in the oven

Cut a piece of meat across (as in servings), but do not cut it to the end so that each piece is attached to a common base.

This is called slicing accordion (book or fan).

Place meat in a baking dish.

Prepare marinade for meat: mix ketchup, salt, ground black pepper, dogwood sauce and mustard.

Brush meat all over with marinade.

Peel potatoes and cut into several pieces.

Place the potatoes between the slices of meat and in the free space between the meat and the edge of the baking dish.

Prepare sauce for potatoes: mix sour cream, paprika and salt.

Lubricate the potatoes.

Cover meat and potatoes with foil.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the meat for about 1 hour 30 minutes under a foil lid.

10 minutes before cooking, remove the foil so that the meat and potatoes are browned.
