Pork neck baked in the oven

Step by step cooking recipe

I prepare the marinade: I mix salt, chopped garlic, sweet red pepper (paprika), black pepper, nutmeg, bitter red pepper, lemon juice, vegetable oil, honey, French mustard.

I cut the pork neck across, form pockets (I do not cut it completely).

I grease the meat with plenty of marinade, cover with a film and let it marinate for 2 hours.

I cut the onion into rings, pepper into strips, bacon and cheese into thin plates.

I put onions, peppers, a plate of bacon and a plate of cheese into the cuts of meat.

I tie the meat with a thread on both sides.

I grease the baking dish with marinade, put the meat, grease it with the remaining marinade on top, cover with foil and send it to the oven, heated at 200 C for 60 minutes, then remove the foil and bake without foil for another 60 minutes.
