Pork with potatoes, bacon and cheese under a mushroom cap

Step by step cooking recipe

Cut potatoes into circles.

Lay out on a baking sheet in one row so that the circles overlap.

Add salt.

Place the steaks in a deep bowl.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and vegetable oil.

Stir to coat each piece with spices.

Arrange the row of meat next to the potatoes.

Then lay out a row of cheese and bacon.

Repeat steps until you run out of space on the pan.

Mix sour cream, salt and mustard.

Grease the prepared ingredients with sauce.

Coarsely chop the onion and mushrooms.

Sauté the onion until translucent, then add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.

Cook 3-4 minutes.

Put the mushrooms on top of the prepared ingredients and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover meat with baking paper and foil.

Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 C.
