Potato pancakes with onion and celery
1. Clean, prepare vegetables.
2. We will use the “grater” attachment on the electric meat grinder, so cut the vegetables smaller.
3. Usually I take a larger nozzle, but today I decided to use a small one so that the onion and celery do not really stand out. Squeeze out excess juice.
4. For a bright taste, add a lot of spices.
5. To make it easier to turn over, add semolina or breadcrumbs.
6. Fry in the manner of cutlets in oil.
7. Ready to take out on a napkin.
8. Fry further.
9. It turns out a lot of small potato pancakes – 30 pcs.
10. Delicate, spicy cutlets are obtained.
11. Serve with tomatoes and a green chopped onion. Not in the post we offer sour cream for serving.
