Potato salad in Germany is always on the Christmas table, there are hundreds of options. Each hostess adds her products, knowing that her family loves. At the same time, potatoes are cut roughly, arbitrarily, it dominates the salad. I decided to cook a lean version “for myself” and with a classic mayonnaise dressing for my men. The chicken, of course, did not interfere, everyone approved. And the lean option is very budgetary, satisfying, any family can afford it, choose for yourself!
