Preparation

Once the previous step is done and with the help of a rolling pin, we are going to press a little and pass it through all the dough so that the sugar is well attached. We turn the dough over and repeat the previous process, add sugar to our liking and pass the rolling pin.

Let me explain better, the first mark that we must make with the knife is right in the middle of the dough, and the next two will be in the middle between one of the ends and the first mark.

We put the tray in the oven and lower the temperature to 180ºC. Let bake for approximately 15 minutes. We have to be careful because the palm trees grow very quickly and if we are not careful they will burn.
