Step by step cooking recipe
Peel the pumpkin from seeds, peel and cut into small pieces.
Transfer to a saucepan, cover with cold water and simmer for 1 hour over low heat.
Rinse dried apricots with boiling water and pass through a meat grinder.
Transfer the resulting mass to a saucepan with pumpkin, add sugar and citric acid. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender, put it in a prepared container and roll it up.
