I hasten to share with you an excellent recipe for pumpkin lecho. Discovered it last year. I do not add hot peppers, only garlic and some favorite spices. I prefer to use citric acid as a preservative.

Step by step cooking recipe

Chop the pumpkin, carrots, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Peel the tomatoes and pass through a meat grinder.

Mix the tomato mass with spices, sugar and salt.

Pour in the oil and boil for 15 minutes under the lid.

Pour the chopped blanks and cook everything together for 20 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, arrange in sterilized jars and roll up.
