Quick marinated champignons for baked potatoes
1. A quick recipe for marinating champignons at home is my favorite when such mushrooms are needed very quickly. Mushrooms are better to buy small ones, if they are not quite small, then cut them into 2 parts in half. They need to be well cleaned. Pour water into the pan, put salt, sugar, cloves, coriander, peppers, bay leaf, garlic.
2. We place the peeled champignons there, put on fire. Do not be afraid that the mushrooms will be above the water. They will quickly boil down, in just a minute.
3. As the water boils and the champignons decrease in size, reduce the heat to a minimum, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Pour sunflower oil, vinegar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
4. We prepare a suitable jar with a lid.
5. Put the mushrooms in it, pour the marinade along with its components. Close the lid and let the mushrooms cool on the table.
6. While the mushrooms are cooling, make baked spicy potatoes. I will bake potatoes in the skin, washing it thoroughly with a metal brush and cutting out dark spots. Potato cut into “octopuses” each tuber. I will use a clay bowl for baking. Put chopped potatoes in it. Sprinkle with all the spices that I indicated, salt, pour oil. We cut the onion with feathers, leave the garlic with whole cloves, peeling it. We send it to a bowl with potatoes and mix everything thoroughly so that each slice is wrapped in spicy oil. Let stand for 10-15 minutes on the table and put in the oven, setting t-180 C for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, take out the potatoes and mix them. Put it back in the oven and bake nicely on top. I rearrange higher tiers in the oven. Focus on your oven. I have enough of this time.
7. The potatoes are ready. Here it is beautiful and very fragrant. Of course – delicious. This is already an independent dish, even without mushrooms. It can be eaten with any vegetable in the Fast.
8. Our mushrooms have cooled down and marinated. Serve mushrooms with potatoes. If you keep the mushrooms in the refrigerator overnight, they will be even tastier. They can be seasoned with chopped onions and butter.
9. PS: Instead of champignons, you can pickle purchased mushrooms. They also turn out delicious, I’m sure.
