Ingredients

  • Quince –
    1 kg
  • Sugar
    500 Mr
  • Water
    100 Jr

Step by step cooking recipe

Boil water with sugar and boil until smooth.

Cut the quince into slices, pour over the syrup and leave to cool.

Bring to a boil, boil for 5-7 minutes and leave to cool again.

Boil for another 5-7 minutes, cool again and boil again.

Roll the quince in syrup into sterile jars.
