Cut the pork into 4 schnitzels (I cut off the fat from the loin

Carefully beat the pork through the film.

The piece should be no more than 3 mm thick.

Spread each piece with horseradish on one side.

Roll the schnitzel in flour on both sides, shake off the excess.

Beat eggs with a fork.

Dip the schnitzel into the eggs on both sides.

Lastly, roll on both sides in breadcrumbs (I have crackers with spices).

The pan will need to be washed before frying the next schnitzel.

We spread the schnitzel in a preheated pan with oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serve with a slice of lemon and your favorite meat sauce.
