Step by step cooking recipe
I will not start with beans, but immediately with the first ingredient that I will add to it.
And it’s a capia pepper.
You can take any other red pepper, but whoever knows the taste of capia will choose it for this recipe.
I put the pepper in a baking sheet and send it to bake at 200 ° C for 20 minutes.
I put the finished pepper in a bowl and cover. I leave until completely cool.
As soon as the pepper has cooled, I clean it from the skin, stalk and seeds.
As I wrote above, my beans are already boiled and cooled.
I spread it in a deep bowl and add pepper to it.
A few cloves of garlic will add flavor and aroma to the finished dish.
Be sure to add fresh parsley.
Salt, pepper and add dry thyme. Who does not like thyme, you can not put it.
I add sunflower oil.
Using an immersion blender, I interrupt all the ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
A delicious bean snack is ready.
But pickles can serve as an addition to it. I’m cutting a pickled cucumber.
I spread the beans on bread and put cucumber circles on top of it.
You just can’t imagine the taste. Beans, peppers and spices… This is a must try.
