Recipe: Caramelized Tangerine Puffs

Step by step cooking recipe

Peel tangerines.

Divide them into slices and leave for 30-40 minutes to dry.

Then put butter in a heated frying pan, pour sugar.

Add tangerines to the pan, stirring constantly, cook for 3-5 minutes.

Defrost a layer of puff pastry in advance, do not roll it out, cut it into 4 parts, cut hearts from each part.

Spread the tangerine slices over the hearts.

Transfer the puffs to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and greased with vegetable oil.

I pressed the edges of the hearts with a fork for beauty.

If desired, around the edges, puffs can be greased with yolk or a beaten egg.

Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 15-20 minutes.

Additional Information

Sprinkle finished puffs with powdered sugar and can be served with tea ☕
