Recipe: Curry Chicken Salad

Although the list is large in appearance, a lot happens periodically in everyone in the refrigerator.

Then we move on to the marinade, adding oil, a good handful of curry and a little honey. Then mix everything, adding lemon juice and salt.

We send the chicken to the marinade and leave for 20 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, make the sauce – mayonnaise, curry and Dijon mustard. We mix.

Now it’s up to the fillet, heat the pan and lay out the fillet, without oil, there is enough of it in the marinade.

By itself, turmeric has a very strong smell, but there are problems with taste, which is why it is enhanced by adding other components.
