Recipe: Custard Cakes

Step by step cooking recipe

Put a pinch of salt and cubes of butter in water, boil under a lid over medium heat.

As soon as it boils – add flour, reduce the fire to a minimum, boil for 2 minutes on average

Cool down to 60 degrees.

The most important point.

Add one egg at a time.

Mix at low speed until smooth.

The dough should be of such a consistency – fall in a triangle.

Eclairs 10 -12 cm.

Bake eclairs at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Last 2 minutes with door open.

Additional Information

In my oven at 200 degrees. – 20 minutes

on 160 city 15 minutes

Then I turned it off and opened the oven for another 2 minutes.
