Step by step cooking recipe
Put a pinch of salt and cubes of butter in water, boil under a lid over medium heat.
As soon as it boils – add flour, reduce the fire to a minimum, boil for 2 minutes on average

Bake eclairs at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
