Recipe: Falafel in pita
Step by step cooking recipe
First of all, pour milk into a bowl, add salt, sugar, yeast, sunflower oil, wheat flour.
Knead the dough, cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1 hour.
Then we tear off a small piece of dough, roll it out and send it to the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
After that, put the finished pitas on a towel and let cool.
Then we cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and avocados into thin slices.
When everything is prepared in pita, we send hummus, vegetables, falafel and pour sauces.
