Recipe: Feast Favorite Salad
Step by step cooking recipe
I cut the Beijing cabbage finely and transfer it to a deep bowl, add chopped garlic, salt, add 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, mix.
Finely chop the smoked chicken, add 1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, mix.
I rub boiled eggs on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise, mix.
I rub the cheese on a coarse grater, add mayonnaise, mix.
I peel two medium oranges, cut into small pieces.
I collect lettuce in a detachable form (diameter 17 cm):
1st layer, Beijing cabbage, I level it well.
2nd layer, chicken.
3rd layer, eggs.
4th layer, cheese.
5th layer, orange slices.
I send the salad in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse it. Then I take off the ring and serve it on the table.
