Recipe: Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies

We punch the fried walnuts in a blender (nozzle knives) and finely chop.

For the dough, butter at room temperature, that is, soft, salt, add sugar and beat for a couple of minutes.

Then add the egg at room temperature and vanilla extract, mix.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the mass in parts, mix and knead the dough.

After kneading the dough, divide it into two equal parts.

You need to melt bitter or milk chocolate in a way convenient for you and add cocoa and cinnamon to the chocolate, mix and combine this mass with one part of the dough and mix well.

It turns out two types of dough: nut and chocolate-nut.

Each part of the dough needs to be thinly rolled into a rectangle, I rolled out the nut on parchment, and the chocolate on a silicone mat.

We put one dough on another, I put the chocolate on the nut, because the dough moves away from the silicone mat perfectly and we roll the dough into a roll.

We put the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour and only then cut it into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.

We lay out the blanks on parchment and send them to the oven, bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

While the cookies are warm, they are soft, but when they cool down, they become crispy.

Cookies are tasty and fragrant – I recommend to cook)
