Step by step cooking recipe
Cut the fillet of fresh trout into cubes 1.5-2 cm.
Add a dessert spoon of 70% vinegar and mix gently.
Do not salt!
Leave to marinate for 4-6 hours.
The fish will turn white.
Grate carrots on a Korean grater.
Onion cut into half rings.
Crush the coriander into crumbs.
Combine carrots and onions in a saucepan, add garlic and coriander.
Salt and red pepper to taste, be sure to sugar (about 0.5 tsp).
Add marinated trout cubes.
Drizzle with oil and stir gently again.
Seal the hex in a saucepan and refrigerate for an hour to mix the flavors.
Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
