Recipe: Homemade pizza in the oven
Step by step cooking recipe
Pour warm water into a suitable bowl, add sugar and yeast.
Mix.
Cover the bowl with a towel or cling film and leave warm for 10 minutes to “activate” the yeast.
Sift flour.
Add salt. Mix.
Add yeast mixture to flour.
Stir with a wooden or silicone spatula.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Knead the dough.
Knead the dough with your hands for about 10 minutes.
It will turn out not clogged, sticky.
Sprinkle the surface for kneading with flour, place the dough on it and cover with cling film (you can use any container) and leave for 40-60 minutes.
The dough should double in size.
Further, depending on the size of the baking sheet, the dough can be divided into 2 parts (2 blanks about 25-30 cm in size are obtained) or left as is.
Pizza assembly:
Cut raw smoked sausage and tomato into thin slices.
Grate hard cheese.
Formed pizza on a mat or baking paper (to do this, stretch a ball of dough with your hands or roll it out with a rolling pin).
Grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup.
Spread half of the cheese chips in an even layer on top.
Arrange the chopped tomato and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Lay out the sausage rolls.
Preheat the oven well to high.
Heat the inverted baking sheet together with the oven.
Transfer pizza to hot baking sheet and place in oven.
Sprinkle some water on the walls of the oven to create steam.
Close the oven quickly to keep the steam inside.
Bake at maximum temperature, top / bottom mode for about 8-10 minutes.
Homemade pizza is ready!
