Boil the meat in salted water until tender, cut into small pieces.
I cut the onion and pepper arbitrarily, rub the carrots on a coarse grater, fry in vegetable oil, first the onion, then the carrot, add a pinch of sugar, mix, add the pepper and fry until the pepper becomes soft.
I also add meat here and fry with meat for 1 minute, remove from heat, let cool.
Lubricate a sheet of pita bread with mayonnaise, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, put fried vegetables and meat on top, roll up, brush with a beaten egg, cut into portions.
I line a baking sheet with parchment, transfer pieces of pita bread to a baking sheet, sprinkle some with almond petals, and some with sesame seeds.
I send it to the oven, heated to 200C for 15-20 minutes, so that the rolls dry out.
