Step by step cooking recipe

Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.

Add flour and baking powder, mix.

Pour the dough into a baking dish (I took 20 cm in diameter).

Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees until fully cooked.

Allow the finished cake to cool, then cut into 3 parts.

For cream, whip cream, add cream cheese, condensed milk and coconut flakes, mix.

Assemble the cake:

Soak the cakes with syrup or liquor. Lubricate with cream.

Sprinkle the first cake with chopped almonds.

Put the halves of Raffaello sweets on the second cake (leave a few pieces for decoration).

Level the assembled cake with cream.

Sprinkle the sides with coconut flakes.

Decorate with the rest of the cream, making roses around the perimeter.

Sprinkle with confectionery topping and put Raffaello in the center.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours to stabilize the cream.
