Recipe: Lazy Lavash Pasties
Step by step cooking recipe
We take 300 g of any minced meat, add chopped onion, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
Using a plate, cut out circles from pita bread.
Crack one egg into a bowl and beat.
We begin to collect pasties.
Spread the minced meat evenly on one half of the pita bread without reaching the edge.
Then brush the edges with egg and cover with the other half.
We press a little.
Top with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
You need to bake pasties on a silicone mat or siliconized baking paper, they can stick to ordinary parchment.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
