Roll out the dough lightly, cut into strips 1.5 cm thick.
Lubricate each strip with ketchup, place a thinly sliced brisket on top and fold in a zigzag pattern in the shape of a Christmas tree. Secure with a skewer.
Put the Christmas trees on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, grease with yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 185 degrees until done.
Cut stars out of cheese with a stencil and decorate ready-made Christmas trees.
