Cut the tomato into circles, a thickness of about 3 millimeters is perfect.
Then mozzarella, about the same size.
The next step is to grease the bread with pesto sauce, first spread the cheese, then the tomato and sauce on top.
Then again a couple of pieces of mozzarella and a top piece of bread, also smeared with pesto.
After we send the sandwich to the grill, or a sandwich maker or, for example, a frying pan.
