Recipe: New Year’s Candle Appetizer

Grate boiled eggs on a fine grater along with melted cheese and garlic.

Add mayonnaise, chopped dill and mix thoroughly.

Thinly slice the ham into rectangles, but it is better to take ready-made cuts.

Sweet pepper cut into thin strips.

Spread the cheese and egg mass on the ham, put three straws of sweet red pepper on the side.

Roll carefully.

Put New Year’s snack candles vertically on a plate and serve.
