Recipe: New Year’s Rabbit Salad
Step by step cooking recipe
Wash and clean vegetables.
Grate fresh and pickled cucumbers, green radish on a Korean grater.
Cut the onion into thin feathers, sprinkle with lemon juice and add a pinch of sugar.
Mix cucumbers, radish, Korean-style carrots and onions in a bowl.
Grind the walnuts into small crumbs and add to the salad.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle salad with olive oil.
