Recipe: New Year’s Salad
Cut chicken breast into long strips.
Prepare marinade for chicken: add black and red ground pepper to olive oil to taste, soy sauce. Mix.
Pour chicken fillet with marinade, add sesame seeds, mix and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cut white bread into cubes.
Prepare dressing for cubes: Combine olive oil, Provencal herbs, soy sauce and finely chopped garlic in a bowl, mix.
Pour the cubes with the resulting mass, mix.
Fry the cubes in a dry frying pan to crackers.
Set the crackers aside.
Finely chop the parsley, add to the curd cheese, roll the balls from the resulting mass and put in the refrigerator for a while.
Sweet pepper cut into strips.
Peel the mandarin and divide into slices.
Tear Chinese cabbage with your hands.
Put sweet peppers, Chinese cabbage, part of mandarin, croutons into a salad bowl.
For dressing, combine mayonnaise with soy sauce, pepper, add the juice of half a tangerine.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, add cheese balls with herbs, the remaining croutons, tangerine slices on top.
Drizzle with remaining dressing.
