I have instant oatmeal, if you have regular ones, those that need to be boiled, grind the flakes beforehand to coarse flour.

In another bowl, mix all liquid ingredients: softened butter, honey, egg.

Mix liquid ingredients with dry.

Knead a homogeneous dough.

Roll the dough into small balls, press each ball a little.

We spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a baking mat at a distance from each other.

Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

Baking times may vary slightly depending on your oven.

Do not overdry the liver in the oven.

Leave the finished cookies on the baking sheet until completely cooled.
