Recipe: Pale-snow Salad Maheevski

Prepare the ingredients.

Boil chicken fillet in salted water until tender.

Hard boil an egg.

Divide the eggs into yolks and whites.

Grate the whites on a medium grater.

Finely chop the chicken fillet.

Cheese grate on a medium grater.

Pour boiling water over raisins for 5 minutes.

Squeeze, dry.

Gather lettuce with a ring.

The first layer is chicken fillet, then put a layer of Maheev salad sauce in a mesh.

Then lay out a layer of grated cheese, a layer of raisins, a layer of yolks and walnuts.

Spread each layer with a gentle line of Maheev salad dressing.

The topmost layer will be the layer of egg whites.

Decorate the salad with green leaves (I have cilantro).
