Recipe: Pelengas baked with onions

We clean the fish, you can leave the head.

Salt, pepper, add seasonings and squeeze the lemon.

Add a little mayonnaise, mix and marinate for 30 minutes.

We do the same with coarsely chopped onions in another bowl.

We spread the fish and onions from the baking dish, send them to the oven for 30-40 minutes.
