Recipe: Potatoes in a creamy garlic sauce
Step by step cooking recipe
Prepare garlic butter sauce:
• mix cream, salt, thyme, garlic and pepper
• add 2/3 of the grated cheese
• add flour – mix
Cut the potatoes into slices, 2-3 cm in size – put in a heat-resistant form (diameter 26 cm, height of the sides – 6 cm)
. Pour sauce over potatoes
. Cover with foil
. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 200-220 degrees
. Remove from oven and remove foil
. Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese
. Bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown
