Recipe: Quick Cake

Separate the yolks from the whites.
In a deep bowl, add sugar to the yolks, mix the vanilla with a whisk, and then beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
Add baking powder, starch, mix with a whisk until smooth, add yogurt, mix.
Beat egg whites until fluffy, 7-8 minutes.
Combine the beaten proteins with the yolks, mix gently.
Form with a diameter of 20 cm, line the bottom and sides with parchment, transfer the dough into a mold, bake first for 40 minutes at a temperature of 170C, and then reduce the temperature to 140C, bake for 20 minutes.
Leave the finished cake to cool completely, transfer to a dish, grease with jam, and then sprinkle the sides with grated dark chocolate, sprinkle the top of the cake with grated white chocolate.
